At Holden Ellis, we give back the way we know best—through creativity. Each year, we offer pro bono work to one organization we believe in, and Sam’s Fans was a natural fit. Their mission lives at the intersection of music, art, and compassionate healthcare—things we deeply care about.
We reached out to reimagine their brand for their tenth anniversary. Mandy and Nikki said yes—and what began as a donation quickly became a collaboration rooted in legacy, love, and what’s next.

As the organization entered its second decade, it needed a clearer, more vibrant way to tell its story—one that honored Sam and reflected the joy, compassion, and energy of the work today.





We created a brand that’s happy, hopeful, and grounded—bold enough to stand out, playful enough to feel at home in a hospital room. It connects with therapists, donors, and families alike, celebrating everyday creativity and the belief that healing has a soundtrack, a color palette, and room to get messy.
