Built by Providers, for Providers
Healthcare
Post-acute care runs on tools that were built for someone else. Memry Health is the first EHR designed for the way PALTC providers actually work, and its brand needed to feel just as different.
The Brief
Memry Health was built over five years inside a working post-acute and long-term care practice, by the clinicians who practice it. They were ready to take it to the wider market, and they needed a brand that said what the product does and who made it. Holden Ellis named the company, built the identity, and launched the website, all in a category known for sterile, clinical, and blue.

Design System

Providers have always built their picture of a patient from memory and instinct, stitched together from four different systems, sticky notes, and hallway conversations. The identity borrows from the small, physical tools people use to hold onto information: bookmarks, dog-eared pages, torn paper. The bookmark became the core symbol, a shorthand for keeping your place and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Gradients layer labs, notes, discharge summaries, and vitals the way Memry pulls them into one view. Torn paper and fine line work nod to the printed notes and hand-copied records the product replaces.
Where most healthcare software plays it safe, Memry Health's palette is bright and colorful on purpose. It signals warmth and energy, and reinforces that this product exists to give time and attention back to the provider-patient relationship. The website carries that through, showing the whole chart on one screen, scheduling on autopilot, and ACO work running in the background, in plain language that sounds like a colleague and not a software vendor.

The result is a brand with a clear point of view: the provider matters. It's flexible enough to grow with the product and distinctive enough to stand out in a category that has looked the same for years.
